G. Pist on Pin and Pist on
1. Remove piston pin clip from piston.
NOTE: - - -- - - - - - - - - - -
Before removing the piston pin clip, cover
the crankcase with a clean rag so you will
not accidentally drop the clip into the crank-
case.
2. Push pist on pin from opposite side, then
pull out. Protect pin with rag.
NOTE: - - - - - - - -- -- - --
Before removing piston pi n, deburr clip
groove and pin hole area.
H. Crankcase Cover, Right
Remove right crankcase cover screws and
cover.

G. Axe de Piston et Piston
I. Enlever le circlip d'axe de piston.
N .B.:- - - - - - - - - - - -- -
A vant d'enlever le circlip d'axe de piston,
couvrir le couvercle avec un chiffon propre
afin de ne pas tomber accidentellement le circlip
dans le carter.
2. Chasser l'axe de piston par le cote oppose.
Proteger !'axe avec un chiffon.

Avant d'enlever !'axe de piston, ebarber la gorge
du circlip et la peripherie du trou d'axe.
H. Couvercle de Carter Droit
Enlever les vis du couvercle de carter droit et le
couvercle.
I. Ensemble Embrayage et Pignon de
Transmission Primaire
I. Enlever le circlip et la cloche d'embrayage.
