Sending faxes from a computer

Use the following procedure to configure the machine for use as a facsimile, so users can send doc-
uments that they have created using a Windows application to fax machine.
1) Use a USB cable to connect the machine to a computer.
2) Install the LAN-Fax driver and any other necessary drivers on the computer.
3) If you are using the LAN-fax driver via network connection, make the necessary network set-
tings, such as the machine's IP address.
4) Begin using the facsimile.
