Using the IAQPoint
Periodic Inspections and Calibration
Periodic Inspections and Calibration
This unit requires calibration. The calibration frequency is dependent
upon operating conditions, including operating under extreme
temperatures, exposure to contaminants or gas concentrations. A
calibration inspection must be included as part of routine maintenance to
ensure proper operation of the gas detection unit.
If unit span or zero cannot be adjusted, the sensor may be approaching
its end-of-life and must be replaced.
Cleaning the Unit
This unit should be cleaned on a regular basis to prevent dust and other
matter from blocking intake screens. The unit can be cleaned with a soft,
damp cloth. Do not use any soaps, cleansers or solvents of any kind. Do
not immerse the unit in water.
