Contact Input, J16
The contact input is mainly used to connect a
J16
manual break glass switch to comply with the
mechanical code. It is also possible to
connect a third break glass switch in series if
needed.
The drawing illustrates the ASHRAE 15
configuration where:
Contact 1
Contact 2
Contact 1 = Electrical shut down (ASHRAE 15
config.)
Contact 2 = Fan activation (ASHRAE 15 config.)
