- turn the smoke outlet by 90° upwards
- remove the plug (2) from the smoke outlet by unscrewing the
screws (3)
- check that the seal is not worn and seals correctly
- secure the plug and the seal to the other smoke outlet in the
same way
- remove the knockout (4) from the panel ensuring that it is not
scratched or misshapen in the process
- insert the gasket (5) into the hole

- refit the side panel by following the disassembly instructions in
reverse order
- proceed to connect to the flue pipe observing the indications
provided in the chapter " GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING
THE SYSTEM "
- proceed to complete the cladding assembly operations.

Minimizing Smoke During Loss of Power Using Battery Back-
up. We strongly recommend installing battery backup to min-
imize entry of smoke into the room in the event of power loss.
Your pellet burning appliance relies on a combustion blower to
remove exhaust. A power failure will cause the combustion blow-
er to stop. This may lead to exhaust seeping into the room.
Vertical rise in the venting may provide natural draft. It is, howev-
er, no guarantee against leakage.
6.6.1 Power cable
The appliance comes supplied with a power cable which must be
connected to a 120V AC socket.

Ensure that the power cable, in its final position, does
