● Tighten the front fork lower clamp bolts ① and front
fork upper clamp bolts ② to the specified torque.
● Tighten the front fork cap bolts ③ to the specified
torque.
Front fork upper clamp bolt
: 22 ~ 35 N· · m (2.2 ~ 3.5 kgf· · m)
Front fork lower clamp bolt
: 22 ~ 35 N· · m (2.2 ~ 3.5 kgf· · m)
Front fork cap bolt
: 20 ~ 30 N· · m (2.0 ~ 3.0 kgf· · m)
● Install the front fender and tighten the mounting bolts
temporarily.
CAUTION
When installing the front fender, install the front

● Install the front wheel. (Refer to page 8-9)
● Install the front brake caliper. (Refer to page 8-14)
● Move the front fork up and down several times.
● Tighten the front fender mounting bolts securely.
