Set PAP name
Defines the name Nokia M10 sends in a PAP response
packet on the specified ATM channel.
set ppp module {vccx} port-authentication pap-name
[pap_name]
The first argument identifies the ATM channel (vccx, x =
1 ... 8). The pap_name argument consists of 1 - 32 al-
phanumeric characters. The information you enter must
match the PAP username configured in the remote PPP
peer's authentication database.
m10> set ppp module vcc2 port-authentica-
tion pap-name myname
Set PAP password
Defines the PAP password for PAP authentication on
the specified ATM channel.
set ppp module {vccx} port-authentication pap-pass-
word [pap_password]
The first argument identifies the ATM channel (vccx, x =
1 ... 8). The pap_password argument consists of 1 -
32 alphanumeric characters. The information you enter
must match the PAP password used by the remote PPP
peer.
m10> set ppp module vcc2 port-authentica-
tion pap-password mypassword
Enable/disable CHAP peer authentication
Enables/disables CHAP authentication for a connection
to a PPP peer on the specified ATM link.
set ppp module {vccx} peer-authentication chap-option
[on|off]
The first argument identifies the ATM channel (vccx, x =
1 ... 8). The second argument enables/disables CHAP
peer authentication.
