CALL FORWARDING

This chapter describes different ways of forwarding incoming calls to another internal
or external destination whenever you are absent or busy, or traveling, or when you
simply would rather not be disturbed.

DIVERSION FROM CALL SERVICES MENU

A soft key or a hot key can be pre-programmed with a shortcut to the Diversion func-
tion, see 10 Shortcuts on page 55, or by setting the profile to divert incoming calls.
All calls to your extension can be diverted to an internal or external answering position
of your choice, and calls to your extension can be diverted to other phone numbers
when your extension is busy or when you are unable to answer.
Note: This feature needs to be programmed in the WinPDM or CPDM3. Please
contact the system administrator.
