PROFILES
This chapter describes how to set up different profiles in the phone for incoming calls,
message alerts, vibrating alerts, key sound, and so on. The possibility to set up differ-
ent profiles in one phone is useful when several users have access to the same
phone, or if you want to be able to have different settings for when you are available,
in a meeting, out of office, and so on.

ADDING A NEW PROFILE

To add a new profile to the phone, do the following:
1. Press Menu, select
2. Select Add new and press Select.
3. Enter the name of the profile and select Save.
4. Press More and then select the Add setting.
5. Select the setting you want to add to the profile. Repeat steps 4-5 if you want to
add additional settings.
6. Mark the wanted setting and press Edit to make the change.
It is also possible to create a new profile based on another profile by do the following:
1. Select Add new.
2. Enter the name of the profile.
3. Press Save. and then select Import from.
4. Select the profile which settings to be used for the new profile.
5. If needed press More and then select corresponding option to add/ import addi-
tional settings or remove settings.

To delete a profile from the phone, do the following:
1. Press Menu, select

3. Select Delete and press Select.

4. Press Yes to confirm.
