Printer Firmware Updating Procedures
This section contains procedures for updating printer firmware from a PC
using any of the Windows Operating Systems, and from a Macintosh using
OS 9.x or OS X.
The procedures in many of the following sections require the IP
Address of the printer. The IP Address also appears on the Startup
Page under Printer Interfaces and in the Printer Interfaces section of
the Configuration page displayed in PageScope Light.

mine if your printer needs to be updated before performing any of the
procedures described in this section.
The following instructions step you through the procedures for updating the
firmware for your printer from a PC. These procedures are valid for all
Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.

Downloading Firmware from the Internet
Our website (printer.konicaminolta.net/support) contains
the latest firmware file for your printer. To download your
printer's firmware, follow the instructions below.

Using your Internet Browser, go to the Support page for
your printer and choose Printer Specific Firmware. Then
click on the download link to begin downloading the firm-
ware file.
