From the Printer Management Utilities dialog, select (check) the Down-
load Manager Utility checkbox. Make sure all other options are not
checked and then select Next.

Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.

When the Information
message box appears,
select OK.

After the installation is complete, remove the Software Utilities CD-ROM
from your CD-ROM drive and store it in a safe place.

Select Save this program
to disk when prompted.
Save the download file to a
new directory on your PC.

After the download is com-
plete, use Windows
Explorer to open the new
directory created in step 2.

Double-click on the
mqdl.exe file that was
downloaded.
The mqdl.exe is a is a self-extracting compressed file that allows
you to uncompress the installation files.

After the files are uncompressed, close the extract utility, and then con-
tinue with the installation steps described in the next section, beginning
with step 2.
