4.11 T200 Tablet
CAUTION: When you handle the tablet, don't bend it. If the tablet is bent more
than 120 mm, it will be permanently misshaped.
WARNING: If you touch the sealed board of the tablet, it may become tarnished
and performance may be affected. The edge of the sealed board is sharp, so it is
advisable to wear gloves when handling it.
Removing the T200 Tablet
To remove theT200's tablet, follow the steps below and refer to Figures 4-17 through 4-19.
1.
Turn off the power to the computer. Disconnect the AC adapter, power cord and all
external cables connected to the computer.

Remove the battery pack, optional memory card, optional PCMCIA cards, HDD,
back cover, upper system board, backup battery, RTC battery, lower system
board, and FL inverter board as described in sections 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 ,4.5, 4.6,
4.7,4.8, and 4.10.

Remove the two M2.5x4 screws securing the middle frame (Figure 4-17).

Note the position of the battery push spring, then unsnap the four latches securing the
middle frame to the display module, and carefully lift off the middle frame (Figure 4-
17).
