This nucleus performs the routing of the video signals in the set. It sets the video path
according to the user input.
- Determine whether the set is NAFTA/APAC or EUROPE
- Switch the videomatrix according to the input specified by the user

The user inputs the path Id of choice, as specified in tables below for Europe/NAFTA-
APAC
