-Send the SET_INPUT_TYPE command with parameter DC_ERASE
-Overwrite the header of the DVD+RW disc with DC erase data
-Send the SET_INPUT_TYPE command with parameter NORMAL.
-In case of an AV3 display a "not supported" message
