3.3 INTERFACE CARDS

This section describes how to set jumpers and switches of an interface card, how to install
optional daughtercards to an interface card, and how to install interface cards into slots.
3.3.1 Installing Interface Cards
Interface cards are installed in slot 1 and slot 2 of the cabinet. Refer to Table 3.1 for slot/card
configuration rules.
The procedure for installing interface cards is as follows:
1) Check the exterior of the interface card for damage. Do not install if damaged.
2) Align each interface card to the guardrail of the universal slot and slide it in.

3) Press and lock the lever to fully insert.
