(reset) switch for 7 to 10 seconds. To default the system programming during boot up
sequence wait for 3 minutes and then press and hold the RST (reset switch). When the
boot up sequence is complete the system's database will be defaulted.
Note: The S2 dip switches are set properly by the factory for a 3-digit numbering plan and
the country of USA. These dip switches should be left at default and should never be
changed. If a 4-digit numbering plan is required, the numbering plan should be changed
in the software by using MMC 724.

Switch 5 is reserved.

These DIP switches will not take effect unless the switches are set in the wanted position

and the system memory is cleared manually by using the Memory Backup switch.
3.2.2 Installing Optional Daughtercards on the MP10/MP10a
Three (3) types of optional daughtercards can be installed on the MP10/MP10a:
1) Optional modem daughtercard (installed in the connector located towards the back of the
MP10/MP10a)
2) The optional 4SWM PoE LAN daughtercard (installed in the connector located towards the
front of the MP10/MP10a)
