Transporting the Machine

Follow this procedure to avoid
vibration damage to the machine when
transporting it over a long distance.
Be sure at least two people carry the machne.

Disconnect the power cord and
all the cables from the back of the
machine.

Open the left cover.

Grasp the blue plastic pull tab (A)
on the toner cartridge.

Pull the blue plastic pull tab until
you can easily hold the handle of
the toner cartridge.

Remove the toner cartridge.
– Always hold the toner cartrdge by ts
handle.
– To avod exposng the toner cartrdge to
lght, place t n ts protectve bag or wrap t
n a thck cloth.
– Do not open the drum protectve shutter
on the toner cartrdge. Prnt qualty may
deterorate f the drum surface s exposed
to lght or s damaged.
