Select the receive mode with [
[ ], then press [OK].
<FaxOnly>: Answers all calls as faxes.
<FaxTel>: Swtches between fax and voce calls
automatcally f an external telephone s
connected to the machne.
<AnsMode>: Receves faxes automatcally and records
voce messages.
<DRPD>: Dstngushes between fax and voce calls f you
want to use an external telephone.
<Manual>: Does not answer any calls. You have to
manually receve faxes.

– For <AnsMode>, make sure an answerng machne
s connected to the machne.
– For <DRPD>, subscrpton to a DRPD servce s
requred.
Exit the Setting Menu
] or Press [Stop] to return to the standby
mode.
You press [Stop] to cancel a job:

The <CANCEL?> message appears. Press
[ ] to select <Yes>. The job s canceled,
and the dsplay returns to the standby
mode.
The <TONER LOW/PREPARE NEW

TONER> message appears:
The toner cartrdge s almost empty.
Replace the toner cartrdge. For detals on
ths error message, see "LCD Messages,"
on p. 11-7.
