Confirm that <REPORT WITH TX IMAGE> is displayed, use [
<ON> to print the first page of the documents under the report, then press
[OK].
<OFF>: Does not prnt the frst page.
<ON>: Prnts the frst page.
When forwardng the receved documents, the machne does not prnt the frst page of the documents
under the report even f <REPORT WITH TX IMAGE> s set to <ON>.
