To prevent paper jams, do not use any of the followng:
Wrnkled or creased paper
Curled or rolled paper
Coated paper
Torn paper
Damp paper
Very thn paper
Paper whch has been prnted on usng a thermal transfer prnter (Do not copy on the
reverse sde.)
The followng types of paper do not prnt well:
Hghly textured paper
Very smooth paper
Shny paper
Make sure the paper s free from dust, lnt, and ol stans.
Be sure to test paper before purchasng large quanttes.
Store all paper wrapped and on a flat surface untl ready for use. Keep opened packs n
ther orgnal packagng n a cool, dry locaton.
Store paper at 64.4°F–75.2°F (18°C–24°C), 40%–60% relatve humdty.
Use only the transparences desgned for laser prnters. Canon recommends you to use
Canon type transparences wth ths machne.
