Entering the fax number is required again after pressing [Start].
Is <CONFIRM FAX NO.> set to <ON>?
When <CONFIRM FAX NO.> s set to <ON>, you need to enter the fax number
agan after pressng [Start]. (See "Confrmng Entered Fax Numbers," on p. 9-30.)
Cannot send the documents to multiple recipients.
Is <REST. MULTI DEST> set to <ON>?
When <REST. MULTI DEST.> s set to <ON>, you cannot send the documents to
multple recpents. (See "Restrctng Broadcastng," on p. 9-31.)

Receiving Problems

The machine does not receive documents (e-mail, or file server).
Are network settings specified?
Documents cannot be receved f the approprate network settngs are not
specfed. Confrm ths wth your system admnstrator.
Cannot receive a fax automatically.
Is the machine set to receive automatically?
For the machne to receve faxes automatcally, the receve mode must be set
to <FaxOnly>, <FaxTel>, <AnsMode>, or <DRPD>. If you have set <AnsMode>,
confrm that an answerng machne s connected to the machne and that t s
turned on wth an outgong message properly recorded. (See "Basc Recevng
Method," on p. 5-2.)
Are documents stored in memory, leaving little or no memory available?
Prnt, send, or delete any documents stored n memory.
