Features and MenuCards
A "Device" busy key can only be programmed on the web console of the
Forum 500 / Forum 5000 communications system (in the Telephony:
Devices: System phones menu).
Notes for the System Administrator
A user must have the Program busy keys authorisation for programming
a busy key on the terminal. This authorisation is configured in the User
Manager: User groups menu.
Users cannot prevent authorised users from monitoring their call numbers
via busy keys on their terminals.
Programming busy keys on the web console is either done by the system
administrator or by a user with the Change or Change-Personal authori-
sation for the Telephony: Devices: System phones menu. These authori-
sations are configured in the User Manager: Service profiles menu.
