How to Empty the Waste Tray
Put a cloth or paper towel in place on the floor to catch any drips while the tray is

Place a suitable empty container that holds at least 1 liter under the waste tray drain.

Turn the valve on the waste tray until it starts to drain the waste material.

Shut off the valve when ink no longer drains out (or if the container become full).

Note: The valve closes clean (drip free) but because it has long pipe use a piece of
cloth or paper to wipe it clean as some ink can remain inside and drip out later when
the printer is in motion.
Dispose of the waste material in a suitable, environmentally-friendly manner.
