PUSHING HANDLES (ECLIPS+)

PUSHING HANDLES / BACK ADJUSTING (ECLIPS +30°)

The tube handle (1) is fixed to the back frame (2).
Loosen all the fixing screws (3), including those
provided for suspending the armrests (4).
Now you can pull the tube handle to the desired
height and retighten all the fixing screws (3).
Make sure that the handle tubes (1) are positioned
identically on both sides and that all fixing screws are
properly tightened with the appropriate tool.

Kindly consult your specialist dealer about the ideal
height of the pushing handle. He shall gladly assist
you further.

With the model ECLIPS+30°, you can adjust the
height of pushing handles (1) in back tube (2) by
loosening the Phillips screw (3). Set the pushing
handles to the required height, then secure the
Phillips screw (3) again. See to it that the pushing
handles on both sides are set to the same height.

To adjust the back rest, pull handle (4) on both sides
towards the grab handle. Now both back tubes can be
pulled
inclination of 30°. To set the back to a vertical

position, proceed in the same manner.

Check that all screws are fixed securely.

If your wheelchair features drum brakes, the
handles (4) are used as brakes; additional
levers (5) have been mounted for back rest
adjusting.
Perform back rest adjusting to both tubes
at the same time.
Before adjusting the back, tighten the
parking brakes.
