How to Contact Customer Support at SeaSpace
If you experience problems with your TeraScan system or have questions concerning TeraScan, you can
contact Customer Support by telephone or fax or via the Internet at the following addresses.
SeaSpace Corporation
13000 Gregg St., Suite A
Poway, CA 92064, USA
Customer Support will best be able to help you if you provide them with information about your system.
To gather this information, run the TeraScan script tscaninfo to query the system for the following
information: TeraScan base packages (and version numbers) installed, and platform information such as
operating system, hostname and hostid, bus type, and time since the system was last rebooted.
You should also be prepared to provide Customer Support with any error message associated with the
problem you are experiencing and all standard output and any standard error associated with the technique
you are using.
For a problem concerning data acquisition, include verbatim output of the corresponding
$PASSDIR/schedlog.html file, $PASSDIR/logfiles/pgs/* files, $PASSDIR/logfiles/mtrack/* files and
$PASSDIR/logfiles/*antenna* files.
For additional information, run tscaninfo full to display the same information as tscaninfo plus a list of all
TeraScan packages installed, TeraScan licensing information, last update date for orbital elements (lastoes),
a list of passes on the pass disk (lspass), the acquisition schedule (listsched), TeraScan environment variable
settings, user environment (path, LD_LIBRARY_PATH), user information, disk information
(df -k), and network information.
The best thing to do is to redirect all output to a file and attach the file to an e-mail message.
