PCU Status. Response is four ASCII characters representing the system status according to
the table below. PCU status bits. PCU response: "S1234", CR, LF, ">"
(Items marked by * are different from the 2.4m, 3.6m, and 4.5m antennas.)

Bit 7 = 0: No dish scan; 1: Dish scan
(should always be 0)
Bit 6 = 1
Bit 5 = 1: Fast Mode; 0: Std Mode
Bit 4 = 1: Sat Ref Mode; 0: Gyro Mode
*Bit 3 =1: Moving to Cross-level Target
*Bit 2 =1: Unwrap
Bit 1 = DI2 Status
Bit 0 = 1: Downconverter Fault
0: Downconverter OK
BYTE 3 (Not Used)
Bit 7 = 0

Bit 4 = 0
