Table 2–1 Interpreting Power Supply LEDs
Indicator
Meaning
Front End Unit (FEU)
AC Present
When lit, indicates AC power
is present at the AC input
connector (regardless of circuit
breaker position).
FEU OK
When lit, indicates DC output
voltages for the FEU are above
the specified minimum.
FEU Failure
When lit, indicates DC output
voltages for the FEU are less
than the specified minimum.
2–4 Power-On Diagnostics and System LEDs
Action on Error
If AC power is not present, check
the power source and power cord.
If the system will not power up and
the AC LED is the only lit LED,
check if the system AC circuit
breaker has tripped. Replace the
front end unit (Chapter 5) if the
system circuit breaker is broken.
Replace front end unit (Chapter 5).
