Are there any foreign particles,
or stains in the Charge Unit?
Is the PS normal?
Are the Fuser, and Pressure
Roller surfaces clean?

Check the Scanner mechanism.
Replace the recording paper.
Replace the OPC Drum/Developer Unit.
1. Clean the Charge Wire
with a soft, dry cloth.
2. Replace the Charge Unit.
1. Check all connectors, and
voltages on the PS.
2. Replace the PS.
Clean, or replace the rollers.
