2. Saving the setting parameters and sending the information with service reports
Procedures to save the setting parameters are as follows.
- Copy Web display to the text file
- Click [Print screen] key and copy the screen to the file
- Take a picture of the screen
- Write down the setting parameters
Note:
Basically , it is better to copy to the text file by the following procedure.
Log in to Service mode to display and save the information.
When a user has logged into the following mode, detailed information is not displayed.
- "the program software (Ver. "3.01" and after)",
- "Admin mode" and "User mode",
Note: The setting parameters of all screens can't always copy to the text file.
Information
- Screen data copied and saved to the text file
1) Main -> Status monitor
3) Settings -> Information
- Write the setting parameters and system configurations in the attached sheet
"FELCOM 250/500 Check sheet".

Reference: procedure to copy the setting parameters
1) Log in to Service mode.
2) Highlight the selected screen by dragging the mouse over it while holding down
the left click button.
3) Copy to the clipboard by pressing [C] key while holding down [Ctrl] key.
4) Open the text file.
5) Copy to the text file by pressing [V] key while holding down [Ctrl] key.
