Show/set SpeedTouch™ SNTP client configuration.

Enable or disable the SpeedTouch™ SNTP client.
By default, the NTP server list is empty, and hence the
SpeedTouch™ SNTP client is disabled.
A number between 1 and 60 minutes.
Represents the time interval for the SpeedTouch™ SNTP client to
poll the configured NTP server and, if needed, (re-)synchromize its
internal clock.
The default is 15.
