Show statistics for one or all rules of one or all chains.

[index = <number>]
The name of the chain of which the statistics must be listed.
If not specified, the statistics for the rules applicable to all

If this parameter is not specified, the statistics for all rules applicable
to the specified chain or all chains are shown.
