Measure t he spring free length .
SERVICE LIMIT: 34 .5 mm (1 .36 inl
Replace t he clut ch discs if they show signs of scoring
Of
dis-
coloration.
Measure the disc thickness.
SERVICE LIMIT : 2 .6 mm 10.10 inl
Check for plate and disc warpage on a surface plate using a
feeler gauge .
SERVICE LIMIT: 0 .20 mm (0 .008 inl
