INSPECTION
Remove the oil pump cover attaching screw and cover.
Measure the oil pump body-Ie-rotor clearance.
SERV ICE LIMIT: 0 .25 mm 10.010 in)
Measure the pump rotor tiP clearance.
SERVICE LIMIT: 0 .20
mm
(0 .008
in)
Remove the oil pump drive shaft and measure the pump end
clearance.
SERVICE LIMIT ; 0 .15 mm (0.006 in)
