Manual Clutch Inspection - Honda 86-87 TA200 FATCAT Service Manual

UnSlake the manual clutch lock nut.
Install the clu tch center holder as shown, and remove t h e
clu t ch lock nut.
TOOL:
Clutch center holder 07923 - 9580000
Remove the plain washer.
Remove the clutch outer , discs, plates and pressure plate .
Remove the clutch outer and outer guide.
INSPECTION
Check the slots of the clutch outer for damage or wear caused
by the clutch discs. Replace if necessary.
Measure the 0.0. of the clutch out er guide.
SERVICE LIMIT: 27 .92 mm 11.099 inl
