CYLINDER HEAD/V ALVES
CYLINDER HEAD COVER DISASSEMBLY
Remove the rubber gasket from the cvlinder head.
Remove the valve adjuster lock bolts.
Remove the rocker arm shafts Ivalve adjusters) and rocker
arms from the head cever.
Remove the circlip and decompressor cam from the shaft of
decompressor lever,
Remove the decompressor lever and return spring from the
cvlinder head cover.
IN SPECTION
Rocker arm
Inspect the rocker 8fms lor wear or damage to the camshaft
contact surfa ce or for a clogged oil hole.
Measure the I.D. of each rocker arm.

Inspect the sliding surface of the rocker arm shaft for wear or
damage.
Measure each rocker arm shaft 0 .0 .
