Print a configuration page to con-
firm that the duplex unit is prop-
erly installed.

Note
❒ If the duplex unit is properly in-
stalled, you can see ":Dx.x" at
the end of the Firmware Version
section of the configuration
page.
❒ If the duplex unit does not
work, follow the above proce-
dure to reinstall it. If it still does
not work, contact your sales or
service representative.
Important
❒ To make the printer recognize
the installed option properly,
you must set up the option with
the printer driver.
