2.1 INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

CAUTION: Use extreme care opening and closing the connector
Before installing an optional unit, perform the following:
1. Print out all messages stored in memory.
2. Print out the lists of user-programmed items and the system
parameter list.
3. Switch off both the main and ac switches, then disconnect the
power cord and the telephone cable.
