SCANNER UNIT

4.8 SCANNER WIRE

1. Remove the exposure glass and operation panel. (See Exposure
Glass/Operation Panel/Upper Cover.)
2. Remove the lens covers. (See Lens Cover.)
3. Remove the scanner frames. (See Scanner Frame.)
4. Remove the pin [A] securing the 1st scanner and remove the 1st scanner.
5. Remove the spring [B].
6. Loosen the screw [C] securing the wire tension bracket. Loosen the
screw at the opposite side.
7. Remove the scanner wire.
