PILOT AIR SCREW ADJUSTMENT
1. Adjust:
•Pilot air screw 1
Adjusting steps:
• Turn in the pilot air screw until it is lightly
seated.
• Turn out the pilot air screw by the factory-
set number of turns.
NOTE:
To optimize the fuel flow at a smaller throttle
opening, each machine's pilot air screw has
been individually set at the factory. Before
µ
adjusting the pilot air screw, turn it in fully
and count the number of turns. Record this
number as the factory-set number of turns
out.

MUFFLER INSPECTION
1. Inspect:
• O-ring 1
Damage ≥ Replace.
EC35Q001
SILENCER INSPECTION
1. Inspect:
• Silencer
Inside of silencer loose ≥ Repair.
Silencer repair steps:
• Drill the silencer for riveting.
• Rivet the silencer using the rivet.
NOTE:
Rivet the silencer in a different area than
previously riveted.
