FREE PLAY INSPECTION
1. Remove:
Rear wheel
Rear shock absorbers
2.
Check:
Swingarm (side play)
Side play
and collars.
Move swingarm from side to side.
There should be no noticeable side play.
3. Check:
Swingarm (vertical movement)

Move the swingarm up and down.
REMOVAL
1. Remove:
Rear wheel
Rear shock absorbers
Pivot shaft caps

Flatten:
Lock washer tab
Use blunt chisel.

3. Remove:
shaft (left)

Lock washer
4. Remove:
Pivot shaft (right)
Replace taper roller bearings
spots Replace
