NOTE:
Molybdenum disulfide grease to the rod
cap bolt threads and nut surfaces.

When tightening the rod cap, apply continuous

TIGHTENING until final torque i s reached. If
tightening is interrupted between 3.0 and 3.8
loosen the nut to less than 3.0
and start again. Tighten to full-torque specifi-
cation without pausing.

numbered one.

Install the oil pipe bracket on Bolt Nos. 1 and
3.
Install the lead wire bracket on Bolt No.
Install the battery ground lead on Bolt No. 36.
Install the copper washers on Bolt Nos. 28 and
30.
