FRONT AND REAR BRAKE
BRAKE ONLY:
Be sure to position the shim
arrow mark
of the disc plate rotation.
CALIPE SASSE MB LY
1. Remove:
Pads
Refer to "CALIPER
ME section.
2. Remove:
hose
Place the open hose end into a container and
pump the old fluid out carefully.
3. Remove:
Caliper
Never loosen the bridge bolts
of the caliper.
4. Remove:
Dust seals
Piston seals
By the following removal steps.
Caliper piston removal steps:
a
caliper t o lock the right side piston.
compressed air into the tube joint
opening t o force out the left side piston
from the caliper body.
Repeat previous step t o force out the right
side piston from the caliper body.
