ENGINE ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENT

Install:
clutch gear
Woodruff key
oil
Be sure t o remove any
tapered portion of the crankshaft and rotor with
a thinner.
3.
Install:
Flywheel
NOTE:
When installing the flywheel, do not allow the
oil baffle plate t o touch the projections
on the flywheel.
4. Install:
Plain washer
Bolt (flywheel)
NOTE:
Check for clot of oil passage
If any, clean the oil passage.
Bolt (Flywheel) :
130 Nm (13.0
5. Install:
idle gears
6. Install:
pins
Gasket
Crankcase cover (left)
NOTE:
Tighten the bolts in a crisscross pattern.
Crankcase Cover (Left):
10 Nm (1.0
