CRANKCASE BEARING
Play
Inspect the play of crankcase bearing inner race by
hand while fixing it in the case.
Play
Rotate the inner race by hand to inspect for an
abnormal noise and a smooth rotation. Replace the
bearing if there is something unusual.
STARTER CLUTCH BEARING
Inspect the bearing for any abnormality, particularly
cracks, to decide whether it can reused or should
be replaced.
