GEAR POSITION SWITCH
● Remove the gear position indicator switch by
removing the screws.
CAUTION
When removing gear position switch, do not lose
the O-ring, switch contact and its spring.

RIGHT ENGINE DISASSEMBLY

ENGINE SPROCKET
● Flatten the lock washer, then remove the
sprocket nut by using the special tool.
Rotor holder : 09930-40113
CLUTCH
● Remove the kick starter by removing the bolt.
● Remove the clutch cover bolts and oil filter cap
bolts, and detach the clutch cover by tapping
with a plastic hammer.
