CYLINDER
● Remove the cylinder base nuts and cylinder.
CAUTION
If tapping with the plastic hammer is necessary,
do not break the fins.
PISTON
● Place a clean rag over the cylinder base to pre-
vent the piston pin circlip from dropping into the
crankcase and then, remove the piston pin cir-
clip with the long-nose pliers.
● Remove the piston pin.
Piston pin puller : 09910-34510
● Remove the knock pin with the long-nose pliers.
