RUBBER PARTS
Inspect the each rubber part for damage and wear.
DISC
● M e a s u r e t h e d i s c t h i c k n e s s b y u s i n g t h e
micrometer.
Micrometer (0~25 mm) : 09900-20205
Disc thickness
● With the disc mounted on the wheel check the
disc for face runout with a dial gauge, as shown.
Dial gauge (1/100) : 09900-20606
Disc runout
BRAKE PADS
Wear condition of brake pads can be checked by
observing the red limit line marked on the pad
When the wear exceeds the limit line, replace the
pad with new ones.
CAUTION
Replace the brake pad with a set, otherwise
braking performance will be adversely affected.
Service limit 3.0 mm
Service limit 0.3 mm
