Troubleshooting
If the device cannot be accessed in the network neighborhood (either because
the device cannot be opened or the workgroup the device belongs to does not
show up) follow the next procedure:
Click on the "Start" Icon.

Click on the "Find" Icon.

Click on the "Computer..." icon.

Enter the device name of the Oce 9400-II machine and click on the "Find Now"
