you want to import a Word document, Word must be installed. To import a document in
TIFF format and add it to you Favorite Documents list, follow these steps:
1.
Right-click on the Favorite Documents branch and select Import in Fax For-
mat.
2.
In the Import in Fax Format window, select the document to add to the Favor-
ite Documents
3.
Click on the Import button to start the conversion process. The application asso-
ciated with the document type you selected will open and print the document in
the TIFF file format. As the document is being converted, you will see:
