User Guide > Creating Phone Books
To access an external ODBC database, follow these steps:
1.
Open FaxPress and select the Contacts folder view.
2.
Select Local Phone Books and right click on External Database Phone Books.
3.
Select Add Database Phone Book from the context menu.
4.
The Database Phone Book window is displayed. You can create a new phone
book, give it a name and select the type and location of the database from this
screen.
